Dr Krishna Rao is a tertiary leader with 30 years of successful professional academic experience. Dr Rao is passionate to built institutions and creating global leaders with values and problem-solving abilities. His collaborative skills, translational research support to students and faculty proved him to serve at various reputed institutions and positioned him as Director, Dean, Principal, etc. He served in multidisciplinary institutions like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Healthcare. To his credit, Dr Rao closely worked with International faculty to mentor and impart quality education to the students.
Currently, Dr Rao is working as Director, Maheshwara Medical College and Hospital, Hyderabad.
Understanding the importance of extending healthcare services to remote people and technology in the medical arena, Dr Rao became the inaugural Executive Member of TSI (Telemedicine Society of India), Telangana Chapter.
Dr Rao obtained his PhD from Andhra University and in the pursuit of up scaling his knowledge, he did his Healthcare Senior Leadership Program, at Indian Institute of Management, popularly known as IIM, Bangalore.
